This report is dated August 2009 and acording to this report if you own an establishment serving liquor in Maryland there were 804 chances for your business to be involved in a Dram Shop (third party liquor liability) law suit.

Liquor liability coverage is sold as an add-on to a commercial liability policy. Having alcohol available at your event can be an important incentive for patrons when deciding whether to attend.
